The Pytes V5 LFP Battery is a lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery that provides a safe, well-designed, and high-performing battery bank solution for home energy storage. It has a nominal voltage of 51.2V and a nominal capacity of 100Ah, which translates to a nominal energy of 5.12kWh.
The battery pack is compact, easy to install, maintenance-free, and can be assembled in parallel when adding more capacity. It has wide applications including residential, small commercial, industrial, and telecom systems.
The V5 provides self-heating that auto starts in cold environments and facilitates charging at below-freezing temperatures. It also has a higher 100A Maximum Continuous Charge/Discharge rate. The battery pack is stackable for up to 16 batteries without the Pytes Energy Hub.

MPPT CHARGER
The EG4 MPPT charger controller extracts the maximum available power from your PV modules and safely converts it to a lower voltage to charge your battery bank. EG4’s MPPT technology ensures that every available watt of power from your PV modules is extracted and stored in your batteries by constantly monitoring the modules’ voltage and current output. Optimize your new or existing solar power system by integrating this unit.
Wide PV Array MPPT Voltage Range
With a max PV array open-circuit voltage of 500Vdc, this unit can process up to 5500W of PV input when combining 2 strings. Higher voltage means smaller wire size without the need for a combiner box.
User-Defined Settings
Adjustable bulk, float, and charge current for maximum system compatibility.
Built-In Battery and PV Input Breakers
This adds a higher level of safety and protection to the unit. Code compliance can also be achieved with these features. For local codes, check with your AHJ.
BMS Communication
The MPPT charger communicates with EG4 batteries when operating with non-EG4 compatible inverters via its RS485 BMS port.
